After weeks of qualifying rounds, the FA Cup has now reach the first round proper.

Teams from League One and League Two now enter the draw, with non-league outfits looking forward to some potentially money-spinning ties against big-name opposition.

And the draw for the first round takes place today - yes on a Sunday, do not adjust your watches or calendars, it is Sunday.

The draws for the previous qualifying rounds of the competition have always taken place on a Monday lunchtime, but no more. As the competition heats up, we now have a Sunday afternoon slot for the first big draw for the EFL clubs.
